Shipping & Returns


Shipping Policy

Amelia Couture ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges.

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested. If you have your own UPS account number, please contact us via phone or email to provide this information. It will be saved on your file and used for all of your future UPS charges.

We use UPS Standard for all international shipments, unless otherwise requested. If you have your own shipping method, please contact us so we can prepare your order accordingly.

Should a package be refused and shipped back to us, the customer will be responsible for all subsequent round trip fees.


When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

You can check UPS' website for estimated delivery times based on your location. Use "Los Angeles" for city and "90015" for postal code as ORIGIN.


Dropshipping

Amelia Couture does offer dropshipping services, at an extra fee. However, by choosing to dropship your order, you are taking full responsibility for any and all issues that follow.

Amelia Couture will NOT accept any returns/exchanges for dropship orders, nor will we offer any compensation for it.


Tracking Your Order

Our system does not automatically upload tracking numbers to your portal. If this information is needed, please contact us either via phone or email to request it.


Area Exclusivity

We try to maintain exclusivity for all of our customers following the below guidelines:

- For businesses in large cities: the distance between the stores in question must be less than 10 miles to request exclusivity.

- For businesses in rural areas: the distance between the stores in question must be less than 25 miles to request exclusivity.

Any distances greater than the above amounts will NOT be considered for exclusivity.


Returns and Exchanges

ONLY damaged merchandise will be eligible for return.

We DO NOT authorize returns due to fitting issues not warranted as a manufacturer defect, or returns associated with you "not remembering" your order. We will NOT accept returns due to personal preference, i.e, you do not like the dress once received.

Defective items must be reported to us within (3) days of the date of receiving and should be returned no later than (7) days of the report date with the provided label.

Amelia Couture does not process refunds; store credit will be issued for returns/exchanges. Credit will not be issued to items returned without the original packaging materials. Once an item has been opened, tried on, put on display, etc., it is no longer eligible for a return.

We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation. The UPS shipping charge includes insurance that covers damaged or lost items during transportation, and the claim must be filed with UPS.

Clearance items will NOT be considered for returns, exchanges, or discounts. These sales are final.

In order to process a return, an email must be sent to our office. The email MUST contain the following:

- Order Number

- Style Number

- At least 2 pictures of the damage(s)

- Reason for return: (In a few words, explain the problem.)
