Hold for Later Shipment Policy

To accommodate our customers’ busy schedules, we offer a Hold for Later Shipment service.

Standard Hold Period:

• We can hold your order for up to 5 business days at no additional charge.

Extended Hold Period:

• For extended storage beyond 5 business days, a payment will be required to secure your order.
• Please contact our customer service team to discuss payment options.

Important Notes:

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• Once your order is shipped, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order that has been on hold for an extended period without payment.
